Transfer payment for your purchases to our bank accounts. Products will be sold on a first-pay first-serve basis and your order will be automatically canceled if payment is not made within 24 hours.

After paying, confirm your payment on Your Account page. You can find the Your Account page at the upper right corner of the page. You must login first, or Whatsapp us (+62)856-2275-258 or email us at a support@jarjoa.com confirm your payment. Wait for your order.

We will verify your payment and ship your order within 1-2 business days after payment approval.

CONFIRM PAYMENT
Do not forget to confirm your payment, because we cannot proceed your order without any confirmation. Order will be automatically cancelled if there is no payment made within 24 hours after ordering.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns can be made ONLY if the goods are damaged – communicated to us no longer than 2 days after goods have arrived at your side.

Shoes must be returned new, unused, and inside the shoe box. Returns that are damaged or dirty will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer

We are NOT ACCEPT any exchanges due to dislikes on product, color or style after reception is good.

We are NOT ACCEPT any exchanges due to sale or limited products.

We are ACCEPT exchange due to unfit size (cannot exchange with different model) – communicated to us no longer than 2 days after goods have arrived at your side

REFUND POLICY
